RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In accordance with Article 103(l) of the LGDCU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to car hire services with a specific date. However, Avia Car S.L. offers its customers the following commercial benefits:
- Before payment: The customer may cancel their confirmed booking without penalty provided that payment has not yet been made.
- After collection of the vehicle: In the event of cancellation or early return once the car has been collected, the customer shall be entitled to a refund of the proportionate part of the price corresponding to the days not used (subject to any damage that may have been caused during that period).
